Maina Itote & Kimathi, Certified Public Accountants (Kenya) has been in existence for more than twelve years.  It is a two-partner firm which is authorised by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) to provide audit and assurance services in compliance with ICPAK’s Quality Standards and IFAC’s professional standards.

Michael Itote and Timothy Kimathi both Kenyan, are partners in the Audit and Assurance Services firm and executive directors of the Consulting Services firm.

Service offerings in this area is mainly audit / assurance services that comply with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).  We have embraced a Quality Control culture in accordance to ISA 220 (Quality Control for an Audit of Financial Statements) and the International Standards on Quality Control for Firms that Perform Audits and Reviews of Financial Statements. 

Our firm has also undergone the Quality Assurance Review done by ICPAK.
